Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item which for whatever reason is faulty, please contact us by telephone or email ( sales@apexmodels.com ).

We can then try and resolve the issue in the quickest way possible for you. Please note that many "faulty" items are not faulty and just need a bit of expert knowledge, so please contact us first.

In the event that an item does need to come back to us we will issue you with a returns number.

You must inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. If you wish to return goods please contact us for advice on the best method to use.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

Unwanted Items

If you cancel an order after it has already been dispatched, you must return the products to us at your own cost unopened and within their original packaging. As long as the order is returned within 30 days, we will credit you with the price of the products.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. GBP Prices are correct at time of publication. Prices shown in non-GBP currencies are estimates and the actual amount charged is determined by your payment providers exchange rates at time of purchase. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
