Price Match Policy
As a leading retailer with 20 years in the industry we feel our prices are competitive especially when including our 5% on-line ordering bonus discount and free delivery offer.
If you find an identical product available from another genuine UK retailer, please let us know and we will aim to match or better it. Just email our sales team at sales@apexmodels.com, or call the shop with the product and retailer details, together with where you have seen the offer, and we verify it and get straight back to you.
Please note that we will only consider a price match if the following criteria are met:
• The product is available from a genuine UK retailer.
• The product is supplied through a UK distributor and not a grey import or through an auction website.
• The product is new, undamaged, the latest specification and is not out of date or on a clearance offer.
• The product is in stock available to the general public for collection or despatch the same day.
Please remember that all of our products are backed by the support of the UK’s main distributors who will offer genuine high levels of service regarding possible future support & warranty issues.
