The Alpha Plus F850 is the ideal club racer engine, featuring a 5-Port construction the engine provides excellent bottom end to mid-range power, with a good amount of top end RPM. Overall however the engine feels rather linear, controllable and retains a good fuel economy over its quicker counter parts in the same range. This then would make an great choice for 1/8 buggies for use on small tracks, or drivers just initially stepping up to the power of a true .21 race engine.

Each engine comes complete with a 0.10mm head shim which is necessary for operating the engine on 30% fuel and a set of 2 alternative carb restrictors, to help further tune the engines power and economy.
